The update card details screen is terrible. It swaps back to standard keyboard after every number is pressed and it won't let you enter the postcode properly if the card number has not been entered yet. It's buggy as hell. On top of this these idiots cut off my cell service when they failed to process my card for the next month and they did not notify me.

This app has improved by leaps and bounds since I left the negative review. I should have redone this review sooner. The app is working perfectly now. It was so slow and frustrating to use. I find it much easier to navigate. I am able to do what I need to do in managing my account and subscription without difficulry. I'm upgrading from 1 star to 5. Great job Public Mobile team!
