Severe UX issues in this app... The top of the app ends up under the notification bar at the top of the screen, so the menu is very difficult to access, the app lags badly and cannot pull a multi-month report of data usage, and I am unable to disable the auto-renew for my membership.

This is only a review of the app, not Lum cell service. Poor user interaction. Did anyone do quality control before releasing this app. Buttons are hard to hit due to positioning, floating windows don't go away when they should, cannot see what you are typing because text boxes are hidden by the keyboard instead of moving up, etc. Considering you do not have any physical stores, your app and digital user interaction should be more polished.
