Absolute worst MVNO customer service. Test it before signing up. Cell signal is as good as any AT&T provider will be. But this company has the worst website when it works, worst billing, worst chat, worst email and waiting for replies and going in circles with the reps. had to download the app bc the website wouldn't process my card to add data due to "technical difficulties." customer service loves to waste your time and they won't even take your money. find a better company
