Great phone app experience with features like chat, network and plan switching, dark mode, etc. My only issue comes to redeeming rewards hence the 4 star rating. I'm on a shareable plan and I would like the option to redeem rewards for account credit, which is available for individual plan, instead of a virtual Visa gift card.
