2025-01-27	Ga*****	Absolute worst MVNO customer service. Test it before signing up. Cell signal is as good as any AT&T provider will be. But this company has the worst website when it works, worst billing, worst chat, worst email and waiting for replies and going in circles with the reps. Notice a lot anonymous posts all with 5 star reviews?

2024-12-20	Wi*****	I just started using Red Pocket Mobile and from want they offer in phone service, customer service plus the ability to change your carrier to any of the major carriers if your single is bad by going to your phone settings in network settings is like nothing the others are going for their customers . the prices of their plane are great . anyone with half a mind can see just how much control of your phone service you will gain with red pocket plus all the money you will save too . great company.

2024-12-02	Ha*****	App works well. It doesn't show the expiration day for annual plans. Instead it shows a renewal date that is the day the plan was activated, each upcoming month. Customer service isn't good. I was about halfway through an annual plan and unable to send photos in text messages. A new SIM card solved the problem. Late '24 the annual plan I purchased in '23 had increased in price 68%. Currently charging for physical shipping for digitally delivered renewal codes. No longer a good deal.

2024-11-23	Hd*****	I got a yearly plan and haven't used that phone for almost a year. Then, I tried to cancel their service. Oh boy, the amount of stealing and thievery they will try to pull on you! For that particular reason, I will never even think about using them again. They lost a customer forever.

2024-11-23	Ch*****	Bugs to splat. Each after cycle date I have no data activated. Has to call in each month get them to reset data. Also can not add payment. Still showing unlimited. Not showing how much is really left. Phone runs out of data.... Request this a long time ago. Now just did a message. Data is not unlimited. Data just shows Unlimited.
