PushLock

PushLock helps you pause before opening distracting apps by turning access into a quick push-up challenge.

Choose the apps you want to block, set your required number of push-ups, and decide how long each successful unlock should last. When you try to open a blocked app, PushLock asks you to complete your workout first.

The app uses Accessibility Service and Usage Access only to detect when selected blocked apps are opened and to show the workout unlock flow. Camera input is processed on your device for push-up detection and is not saved by the app.
