Users appreciate the basic ticket management and canned responses offered by the app, but frequently complain about major usability issues. The keyboard covering text input fields, back button closing the app, frequent logouts, missing features such as dark mode and knowledge base, and intrusive ads are repeatedly highlighted. Many users find the app less useful than the previous version and have trouble typing responses or navigating easily. There is a clear demand for improvements in UI/UX, feature additions, and an ad-free option to enhance the overall experience.

Provides basic ticket management functionality as expected from a help desk app.
Includes canned responses feature which is appreciated by some users.
Some improvement noted compared to previous versions.

단점

Keyboard often covers input text boxes, making it hard to see what is being typed.
Back button unexpectedly closes the app instead of navigating back.
App frequently logs users out when switching away and returning to the app.

Seems to be an android issue. My phones I've had 2 with this app. A Samsung and Google pixel when entering info to a ticket it hides behind the keyboard it doesn't show what I'm typing making it a hassle would love to see this change as my apple coworkers don't have this issue. I'll change my review to 5 stars once this is no longer a problem. My only other issue with the app is the back button closes the dang app but that I got used to quickly and doesn't effect me much
