Seems to be an android issue. My phones I've had 2 with this app. A Samsung and Google pixel when entering info to a ticket it hides behind the keyboard it doesn't show what I'm typing making it a hassle would love to see this change as my apple coworkers don't have this issue. I'll change my review to 5 stars once this is no longer a problem. My only other issue with the app is the back button closes the dang app but that I got used to quickly and doesn't effect me much
