OffGrid — Time Off Your Phone

Every digital wellbeing app measures how much you use your phone. OffGrid measures the opposite: how long you stay away from it.

HOW IT WORKS
Put your phone down. Live your life. When you pick it up again, OffGrid has already measured the break. No sessions to start, no apps to block, no willpower required: tracking is completely passive.

• Best break of the day, always visible in the widget
• Unlock count and total off time
• History and trends over the past days
• Customizable monitoring window (nighttime doesn't count)
• One quiet summary a day, at the time you choose — with the data right in the text, so you don't even need to open the app

AN APP THAT DOESN'T WANT TO BE OPENED
No anxiety-inducing streaks, no notification storms, no guilt. OffGrid flips the metric: the only chart you'll want to see grow is the time you weren't here.

TOTAL PRIVACY
All data stays on your device. No account, no servers, no data collection. Usage access is only used to read unlock events, locally.

Put your phone back where it belongs: in your pocket.
