The most mentioned issues include inaccurate tracking data, glitches and app crashes, and subscription/cross-device purchase problems. A subset of reviewers feel the app is abandoned due to lack of updates, while others appreciate the productivity and mindfulness benefits when it works.

Pros

Increases awareness of screen time and mindful usage.
Focus reminders and limits help with productivity when the app works.

Cons

Screen time data is frequently inaccurate or inconsistent, with times jumping or resetting.
The app can be unstable or stop working, and some reviews say it hasn't been updated for a long time.
Billing and subscription issues: difficulty canceling, trouble restoring purchases across devices, and perceived heavy premium gating.
Free version offers limited functionality and core features rely on paying for pro.
Some users report data loss or the app requiring constant opening to track usage.

Recent reviews

Just paid for premium, normally the apps great and keeps me accountable but today the time is completely off and I've enabled all the permissions and done everything youd normally do but there is no point in the app without that and I'm left wishing I hadn't wasted the money. Will try to contact to request a refund, if this doesn't get a response.

Better customization for placing on the phone home page could have been added to the widgets system, like what's been done in the Today Weather app. It would be better if the backup system could be logged in through a Google account, meaning more attention needs to be paid to this aspect.
