The Reactive Program is an online program for those affected by Long Covid, ME/CFS, Post Viral Fatigue.Are you looking for someone who knows and understands your situation?Our approach is based on dysregulation of the nervous system.We give you strategies that aim to: On the one hand, to calm your nervous system and on the other hand to increase performance. The strategies relate to three pillars. 1. Stimulus recovery: By deliberately alternating activity and recovery within a day, you can, on the one hand, better understand your stress limits and, on the other hand, improve your ability to recover by regularly controlling the parasympathetic nervous system. The goal here is stability. 2. Individual exercise plan: The plan is based on finding exercise that you can do within your tolerance limits. This can increase performance through regularity without putting the body under stress.3. Dealing with symptoms: Symptoms can quickly unsettle and derail you. Finding a way to deal with it and knowing what your own options for action are can give you more control over the situation. We provide strategies that can help you deal with it. You can choose between two offers: Either you let us accompany you in your process, in the form of the accompanied version of the Reactive program. Or you get the knowledge and strategies and go the route on your own. There is a self-study version of the program for this purpose.
