Your physiotherapist, even at home: exercises with video, your progress, and a direct line.
Your physio in your pocket.
Exercising at home is the hardest part of physiotherapy. Not because the exercises are so difficult, but because you forget them, doubt whether you are doing them correctly, or don't know if they are helping. That is exactly what Physinexus solves.
You get a code, nothing more. No account, no password, no hassle. Your physiotherapist gives you a code or a QR code, you scan it, and your program is ready.
Every day, you know what to do. Today, for example, three exercises in the morning and one in the evening, with video and explanation from your own physiotherapist, so you never have to guess how to do something. A notification if you are about to forget, a checkmark when you are finished.
You see that it works. After a session, you indicate how it went: too easy, good, or too heavy, and how the pain is. You see your weeks grow and your days increase in succession, and your physiotherapist monitors along. If the pain increases, your physiotherapist will automatically notice. And your physiotherapist is close by. A question between appointments? Send a message, with a photo if that helps. Or do a video consultation, right from the app.
For physiotherapists
Physinexus was built with physiotherapists, in the consulting room. That is why it works the way you work.
• Ready-made recovery programs per complaint, structured in phases. Choose, assign, done
• Your own exercises with your own photo or video, recorded in one take with your phone
• An exercise library that you search by body region, muscle group, structure, or nerve
• For each patient, at a glance, see who is exercising, who is dropping out, and how the pain is progressing
• Self-repeating PSK questionnaires
• Patient file, calendar with reminders, and coverage during holidays
• One subscription for the entire practice. Colleagues join with a code
Safe, and it has to be
Medical data should not be left lying around. Everything is stored encrypted on servers in the EU, and everyone only sees what is relevant to their role. As a patient, you can see exactly who can access your data, and you can stop this yourself. You log in using a numerical code, your fingerprint, or your face.
If you wish, you can link Health Connect. Physinexus will then only read your steps and heart rate around an exercise session—nothing else—and only after you have agreed to it. You can turn it off at any time, and the data will be deleted immediately.
Good to know
Physinexus is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses. The app supports your physiotherapist's treatment and does not replace it. In case of doubt or worsening symptoms, call your physiotherapist or GP.
You can create a practice account at physinexus.com, where you also manage your subscription. Patients use the app for free.
