HOW IT WORKS

1. Your physiotherapist creates your exercise plan in Pocket Physio (their clinical tool) and sends you a 10-digit Workout ID via WhatsApp or in person.
2. You download Pocket Physio Care and tap to enter the code.
3. Your assigned rehab exercises appear with clinical videos, sets, reps, hold time, and rest periods — exactly as your physio prescribed.
4. You watch the video, follow the prescription, and mark each exercise as done.
5. You optionally rate your pain (0–10) and add a note. Your physiotherapist sees this so they can adjust your recovery plan if needed.
6. You build a daily streak, see your session summaries, and stay accountable to your recovery.

Pocket Physio Care is the patient companion app for Pocket Physio — the physiotherapy software used by clinicians in 40+ countries. If your physio prescribes via Pocket Physio, this is the app they'll ask you to use.

You cannot use Pocket Physio Care without a 10-digit Workout ID from a licensed physiotherapist. This is by design — exercise plans should be prescribed by a qualified clinician, not generated by an algorithm.
