1. Your physiotherapist creates your exercise plan in VirtueLife (their clinical tool) and sends you a 10-digit Workout ID via WhatsApp or in person.

2. You download VirtueLife Care and tap to enter the code.

3. Your assigned exercises appear with clinical videos, sets, reps, hold time, and rest periods — exactly as your physio prescribed.

4. You watch the video, follow the prescription, and mark each exercise as done.

5. You optionally rate your pain (0-10) and add a note. Your physio sees this so they can adjust your plan if needed.

6. You build a daily streak, see your session summaries, and stay accountable to your recovery.

You cannot use VirtueLife Care without a 10-digit Workout ID from a licensed physiotherapist. This is by design — exercise plans should be prescribed by a qualified clinician, not generated by an algorithm.
