Onlinefys

Onlinefys is the app for those of you who are undergoing a course with a physiotherapist.

You get access through your therapist. You receive an invitation by email, choose a password, and then your training program is ready in the app.

YOUR PROGRAM, EXERCISE BY EXERCISE
Your physiotherapist builds the program for you. Each exercise has a picture, video and an explanation of how to perform it - and how many sets and repetitions you should do.

TRAIN WITH THE APP IN YOUR HAND
The app guides you through the training one exercise at a time. It keeps track of sets, repetitions, weight and breaks, so you can concentrate on training. If you don't have internet, the training is saved on your phone and sent when you are online again.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
After each workout, note how it went and how much pain you had on a scale from 0 to 10. In the calendar you can see what you have done, and your physiotherapist can see the progress and adjust the program along the way.

WRITE WITH YOUR THERAPIST
If you have a question between two consultations, write in the app. You can send text, pictures, video and voice messages - for example, a recording of an exercise you are unsure about.

REMINDERS YOU DETERMINE
Choose which days and times you want to be reminded to train. And turn them off again if you would rather be left alone.

YOUR INFORMATION
Onlinefys processes health information, and we take that seriously. Your data is stored on servers in the EU. Other clients cannot see your information. The app does not use tracking, statistical tools or advertising code. You can lock the app with Face ID.

Onlinefys requires that you are affiliated with a physiotherapist who uses Onlinefys. You cannot register yourself in the app. The app does not replace treatment or medical advice.
