FysioDanmark

The FysioDanmark app gives you as a patient a comprehensive overview of your treatment process and makes it easier to follow your plan between your appointments.

In the app, you can access the exercises, information and video consultations that your therapist shares with you. This helps you keep track of what you need to do, when you need to do it and how to best follow the plan that has been set for you.

The app is developed to support the collaboration between you and your therapist. You can follow your process, participate in video consultations and gain insight into the activities that are part of your treatment or rehabilitation.

With the FysioDanmark app you get:

• Overview of your treatment process
 • Access to exercises and instructions from your physiotherapist
 • Possibility of video consultations directly in the app
 • An easier way to follow your plan between consultations
 • Better connection between treatment, home training and follow-up

The app is made for patients at FysioDanmark and is used as a digital supplement to the treatment you receive in the clinic. It does not replace the dialogue with your therapist, but helps you to be better informed and more active in your own process.

The FysioDanmark app makes it easy to follow, stick to your exercises and get the most out of your treatment process
