Normally, there are no issues. However this time I topped up £30, it didn't go to the keypad. I thought no issue, I'll just press the re-issue, and it's not there anymore and I don't have my code now.

App is not fit for purpose, probably connects about 1 out of every ten times, you can mess about and try disabling, reenabling Bluetooth and sometimes you can get a connection but honestly it's just quicker to go and key in the number manually than it is to waste time fighting with this stupid app.
