Again app is totally useless this is 2025 guys...get a grip!!!

USE THE SITE INSTEAD. The app should either be fixed or just get rid and make it so it's a webview app ie the app is just the webpage. Also just a tip in-store top ups and online are a minimum of 5 pound which I find outrageous. Tip lol if you take a good photo of your top up card the barcode you can then use this in-store which is useful if you want to ask someone to top up for you just send them the image.
