Has anyone else noticed on the new app it never asks if your struggling to pay 🙄 was looking for it today and it's not there. Disgusting gov probably recommended it, I never used it before but I assumed they could help out a bit until I get paid, why people who pay upfront on meters aren't rewarded for always paying on time is a joke, you just get big charge, the 5 I've just put on will gone tomorrow because of charges. Be glad when all these greedy people are held accountable.

Hi to be fair I loved the old app much more. There was Google pay available as well as card option and I could top up more . Now any amount above £50 i need to log in to my bank app and confirm the payment . Also almost everytime I top up I need to try 3 times because the first 2 it says top up failed due to connections or something like and to try again later . Hope you can sort it and make it better .
