What is wrong with this app? The card details keep erasing. So take ages topping up. Would it be at all possible to have an app that actually works? On my 4th re type so far ! Is the 4% increase not enough to afford an app that works? No replies to reviews does that mean Power Ni don't give a .....hoot

Without a shadow of a doubt the worst app I have ever come across, I would give it a zero but it won't let me. Every time I have tried to log in this year it has given me "unable to process this transaction, please try later" however when I go to the website and faff about with customer codes it eventually works. Seriously considering changing providers this is an absolute joke regards customer service. Would advise anyone considering PowerNi not to bother
