Recent reviews

The web page has stopped working since the new year when it worked for years with no problem, I've tried the app again (it rarely worked before) to make the payment, and it doesn't work either. I keep getting a 'transaction not successful' notice. I've been in contact and had one reply asking for a screenshot of the error notice, then nothing after I sent it. Unfortunately it's the only method to pay this particular bill.

Worked fine until my bank card expired.Tried to put new one on it won't let me do it.Put card holder address in clicked continue then it requires inputting again.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling still doesn't work.So going to uninstall again no point it being on my phone.Great when it worked.
