Recent reviews

The app / in-home display is buggy. When it works it's fine, top up from anywhere and at any time. Issues arise primarily with the gas meter, credit added can take upto 36 hours to hit the meter. Ability to activate emergency credit is hit and miss, 9 times out of 10 I have to go to the meter physically which is not ideal.

Very easy to navigate and use. The only problem is that the amount of money that is displayed on the utilita app does not match up with the actual electric/gas meters. Apart from this it is very easy to top up and I have had a lot of financial assistance and help from the company so all in all OK.
