EarnTime: Earn Screen Time

EarnTime turns the apps you scroll without thinking into apps you EARN back. You decide which apps to block — social media, news, games, anything that pulls you in — and then earn time to use them by doing something that actually feels good: a few push-ups, the dishes, a short walk.

When a blocked app runs out of time, EarnTime steps in with a polite overlay reminding you that you're out. Want to keep scrolling? Do another set. Want to stop? Close the app and your time stays unspent for later.

▸ HOW YOU EARN TIME

• Exercise — Push-ups, squats, plank. The app verifies your reps using your phone's camera and on-device pose detection. No reps faked. Your video never leaves your device.

• Tasks — Made your bed? Did the dishes? Tidied up? Snap a before-and-after photo and EarnTime's AI verifies the result. You set the reward yourself in Settings.

• Watch an ad — Free tier only, with a configurable daily cap so you don't end up watching ads instead of doing the work.

• Borrow — Need 10 minutes right now? Borrow it. Pay it back later by earning. Daily cap built in so it doesn't spiral.

▸ HOW YOU SPEND IT

Time goes to the apps YOU chose to block. Open a blocked app and your balance counts down. Close it, the timer stops. No notifications nagging you, no streaks to break — just a clear price tag on the apps you want less of.

▸ LOCK MODE

For when you want to commit harder. Once Lock Mode is on, loosening any restriction (unblock an app, lower a cooldown, turn the mode off) requires a 24h waiting period — so a moment of weakness can't undo a week of progress.

▸ LEADERBOARD (OPTIONAL)

Weekly opt-in board ranking how much time you earned through exercise and tasks. Names are hidden by default; pick one in Settings to show up.

▸ PREMIUM

Premium removes interstitial ads, lets you customize rewards (e.g., 10s per push-up instead of 30s), unlocks the Plank exercise and advanced Lock Mode rules, and raises the daily AI photo-verification cap from 3 to 15. Cancel anytime through Google Play.

▸ PRIVACY

EarnTime is built privacy-first.
• Exercise pose detection runs entirely on-device. Your camera feed never leaves your phone.
• Task verification photos are uploaded over HTTPS, processed by AI, and (unless you opt in to model improvement) deleted from our backend after verification.
• We don't sell or share your data with advertisers beyond what AdMob needs to serve ads to Free users.
• You can delete all your data — profile, activity, photos, leaderboard entries, account — at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete my data.
