Stillmode: App Blocker & Focus

Stillmode is an app blocker for people who just want to block a few apps for a couple of hours — without making an account, without a subscription, and without reading a manual.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Make a block set: pick the apps that pull you in (the picker sorts by today's usage, so the culprits are at the top).
2. Pick a length: 15 min, 25 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, or your own.
3. Tap Start. Open a blocked app and you get a calm block screen instead.

That's it. No quiz, no sign-up, no "session" and "blocklist" jargon to learn. Install to first block in under a minute.

WHY STILLMODE
• No account, no login. Everything stays on your phone.
• Works offline. Airplane mode, no problem.
• Scheduling is free. Repeat a set on chosen days and hours — mornings for deep work, 11 pm for better sleep.
• Home screen widget. Start a set with one tap, extend a running session with another. You don't even have to open the app.
• Strict mode when you need it. No ending early, no one-minute peek. Your Settings app stays usable — we never lock you out of Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
• Optional uninstall protection so you can't delete the app mid-session.
• A "just this once" escape hatch outside strict mode: open a blocked app for one minute, then it's blocked again. Life happens.
• Stats that mean something: how many pulls you resisted today, focus minutes this week, and which apps tempt you most.
• No accessibility service. Stillmode uses Android's usage access and a block screen, which keeps battery use low.
• Ads never appear on the block screen or while you're focusing.

PERMISSIONS
Stillmode asks for two permissions: Usage access (to notice when a blocked app opens) and Display over other apps (to show the block screen). Both are used only on your device. Uninstall protection (device admin) is optional and off by default.
