Pick the apps that steal your focus. Start a session. Otol keeps them blocked
until you're done. Open Instagram out of habit and a full-screen reminder

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose your distracting apps — social media, games, anything
• Start a focus session: 25, 50, 90 minutes, or your own duration
• Blocked apps show a full-screen block instead of opening
• Calls, SMS, and every other app keep working normally
• Finish the session and see how many urges you resisted

THREE WAYS TO BLOCK
• Block — a firm wall; you can end the session early if you must
• Friction — a 10-second breathing pause before you choose: "Never mind" or
"Let me in" (5 minutes of grace). Blocking that retrains habits instead of
punishing you
• Otol Mode — strict: no ending early, survives phone restarts. For when you
mean it
