Overall, while the app meets basic e-textbook needs, its numerous bugs and usability problems frustrate users.

refuses to load my textbook anymore. the interface prior was subpar to any standard ereader app these days but this really is the cherry on the cake. I've cleared cache and storage, and uninstalled/reinstalled the app.
