it literally does not allow me to sign in with my account. It claims I don't have one when I try to reset my password but then when I use the computer it magically works.

Constantly crashing. I have to reinstall the app every other day or so. For as much as I paid for the book, it looks like they could hire someone other than a mentally challenged chimpanzee to design this app.
