2026-06-11	Mo*****	refuses to load my textbook anymore. the interface prior was subpar to any standard ereader app these days but this really is the cherry on the cake. I've cleared cache and storage, and uninstalled/reinstalled the app.

2026-06-03	Do*****	Absolute garbage, do not purchase any e-reading that will open with this app. Constantly keeps loading the book. Android version is the worst I don't know about apple versions because I don't use it. Keep away from this garbage no real support from kortext as well. They will say everything works for them and they can't replicate our issues to fix them.

2026-06-03	Dh*****	my library keeps disappeared and now redeem code doesn't work anymore, sometimes login works sometimes doesn't. worst experience, everything has a glitch.

The read aloud feature shows options but when you change voices and settings it might choose to take the pitch change or the speed change or none or it will remain the same as before. The app will lock up randomly while using so you have to force close and restart your reading. There's more but I need to study. At least I can read it.

2026-05-04	He*****	Good but the mobile version sucked. It keeps loading pages forever sometimes not at all. Mine is android I don't know how it works on Apple. The Windows version is good nothing to be concerned about.
