Kortext app offers useful features like a centralized library, offline PDFs, highlighting, and annotating. However, multiple users report frequent crashes, poor navigation, and awkward zooming. The read aloud feature is problematic. Login issues and slow or failed page loading are common. The interface is not user-friendly on small devices with obstructive menus. Additionally, lack of features like position saving and citation tools, along with poor image handling, diminish usability. Overall, while the app meets basic e-textbook needs, its numerous bugs and usability problems frustrate users.
