Daily challenges that actually fit your day
Every day you get three small, achievable challenges matched to your personality, your journey day, and how you're feeling right now. Some ask for a quiet moment. Some get you moving. Some have built-in actions, like a guided breathing exercise or a journal prompt, so you can complete them right inside the app. Set a reminder for later today, this evening, or a custom time. Tap the notification to jump straight to that challenge. Complete what you can, skip what you can't. No guilt.

Check in with how you feel
At the start of each session, tell the app how you're feeling: sad, anxious, numb, angry, missing them, or okay. The app adjusts what it shows you based on your answer. If you're anxious, breathing comes first. If you're numb, distraction comes first. Your emotional check-in shapes everything.

No contact tracker: protect your peace
The no contact rule is one of the most effective tools for breakup recovery. It's also one of the hardest to maintain. Breakup Reset helps you track your no contact streak and shows it to you every day in Today's Pulse as a quiet reminder of the boundary you're keeping for yourself.

Journal: write it out, your way
Guided prompts, free writing, and challenge reflections, all in one private journal that stays on your device. Attach a photo to your entry. Record a voice note when writing feels like too much. Browse them in a full-screen viewer. Every reflection on a challenge is saved separately per day, so your Tuesday notes don't overwrite your Thursday thoughts. The app gently reminds you before you leave without saving. No more lost entries.

When things get overwhelming, tap "Help me right now" on the Today screen. You get five options: guided breathing (box breathing, 4-7-8, and more), take 100 steps, a quick journal moment, a calming affirmation, or a distraction activity. Choose what you need in the moment. Always one tap away.

Progress you can see
Your milestones grow a bamboo plant. First journal entry, first full day, three days in a row, two weeks of no contact. Each one becomes a node on your bamboo. Your streak and no-contact days sit quietly at the top of your progress screen. No points for show. Just your story, growing.

Daily affirmations, matched to you
Each day, you receive an affirmation matched to your personality type, your emotional state, and your journey day. Save the ones that land. Reflect on them in your journal. They change daily, so there's always something new.
