Login loop solved by adding new account in MyShaw/MyRogers. Like many other app users, I got stuck in the login loop and discovered that I had to manually add my new account number when I logged into MyRogers (on the web, under the Profile tab) and set it as my default. The problem appears to be that the RogersXfinity app could see my login with the same/old username (my email) but the old account caused the loop - no idea why they don't delete old accounts. It's a silly error by Rogers.

literally just won't log in lol. It throws you in a log in loop. developers, I beg, just make the app work. why are all the shaw/rogers apps so buggy? kind of makes one lose faith in an internet provider.
