Disappointed not only on the app because they took out Global n CTV but when I tried calling about my satellite services I was on hold for more than 8 hours AND I was also on my account 55th in line to speak to a live agent and it stopped at 15 😡 I emailed and still haven't received a reply. I miss Shaw when at least they had the call back option and they actually called back.

Was a great app when I first started using it. Now most of the channels are gone altogether. I should be able to access all the channels I pay for. I can get most of the channels on receiver/tv but the app is down to about 1/4 of channels to watch. I want to see what I am paying for on both TV and the App!!
