I would like to talk to a real person, down grade me to what I had 4 days ago, I DID NOT ASK FOR AN UPGRADE, IT WAS FINE! Have been searching this morning and evidently FiOS does come to my neighborhood now, and it costs less, let's be honest, 99% of customers don't need greater speeds, they are probably only using 1/2 of what they are paying for! They are just ripping you off because they know that 90% of the customers have NO CLUE! That they don't need or use it.
