I can't log in at all, tried everything but keep getting error message that there's something wrong with my account

Spotty. Sometimes it connects well, others it doesn't. Recently (15June,2026) I can't even log in at all to the smart home monitoring or Rogers Xfinity app. I click on log in and a browser opens up but the page stays blank. Tried on multiple browsers and still a blank page.
