Recent reviews

It was working when it was under suddenlink, but since Optimum took over I am not able to login into the app since Monday using my ID and password associated with my Optimum account. I called Wednesday and they were unable to help, told me a technician would call. Haven't heard a word. Called again today and once again told me technician would call. I am about to get rid of not only this service but all the services I have from Optimum.
