Can’t even login the button is non responsive. Please update so that can be fixed and allow me to use my app to monitor my alarm

It’s a total waste of money plus no service. Totally dissatisfied and the worst part is it’s a 2 year contract. It’s about people’s safety and well being stop scamming hard earned money out of people.

This app works well except for the sign on. It only lets me sign in half of the time, whether I’m using a password, pin or fingerprint. This needs to be fixed!!!! I end up with a frozen sign on page and multiple times I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall it for it to allow me to sign in.
