Now they're asking me for more feedback, but the link they gave me cannot be clicked or copied. Typical. Bots have taken over. I was told by a phone rep to call and schedule an appointment when it got closer to the date to start service. there apparently is an outage in the area of our new service. the bot is refusing to schedule an appointment for me or let me talk to a person until the outage is over even though the outage has nothing to do with my need for an appointment.
