Theater Mode is a Chrome extension designed to help you focus exclusively on videos while watching online content. It darkens the entire webpage except for the video element, minimizing distractions for a more immersive experience. This add-on is ideal when you want to enjoy videos without interruption but is not intended for regular browsing since it darkens the entire page.

To use Theater Mode, simply play a video on any compatible website and click the Theater Mode button in your browser toolbar. The page background will darken, highlighting the video player. You can also whitelist websites where you don’t want this effect to be applied automatically. If you encounter any issues or have feature requests, support is available via the extension’s homepage.
