Tomo App

Tomo brings your business WhatsApp and Instagram into one inbox, so the whole team answers customers from the phone.

What the app does:
• One inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram, with search and status filters.
• The full conversation with each customer: text, photos, videos and voice notes.
• An AI agent that answers routine questions from the instructions and documents you set, and hands over to the team when needed.
• Private notes only the team sees, labels, saved replies and assigning a conversation to a teammate.
• Edit the agent from the phone: instructions, tone, business details, opening hours, knowledge base and a test chat.
• Notifications for new customer messages, also when the app is closed.
• Manage the team, the connected channels, labels and saved replies.

Who it is for: small and medium businesses that talk to customers on WhatsApp and Instagram and want the whole team to see the same conversations and answer fast.

The app needs an account from app.tomoapp.co.il; a paid plan can be bought in the app or on the web site.
