Omnitik

Omnitik is the shared inbox your team already uses at their desks, on your phone.

Every message your customers send — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger — arrives in one place, and your whole team answers from it. No forwarding screenshots, no wondering who replied, no customer asked the same question twice.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM THE APP

• Read and answer every conversation, with the full history in front of you
• Send photos, videos and voice notes, or take a photo and send it there and then
• Leave a private note on a conversation for a colleague — customers never see it
• Assign a conversation to somebody, or take one yourself
• Mark a conversation Resolved, and say whether it ended in a sale
• Search every message and note your permissions let you see
• Star a conversation to pin it to the top of your own list, and nobody else's
• See how your day is going: what you answered, how fast, and what is still waiting
• See how the team is doing: who is online, who is carrying the most, who is waiting

BUILT FOR A TEAM, NOT ONE PERSON

Omni knows who is on shift, hands new conversations out fairly, and starts a clock when a customer is left waiting. Supervisors see the whole floor on one screen. Everyone else sees exactly what their permissions allow — controls you do not have are not there to press.

THE SAME PRODUCT, NOT A CUT-DOWN COPY

A conversation you answer on the phone is the same conversation on the website, the same second. Nothing is stored on the phone except your sign-in.

SIGNING IN
