ServisManager: Field Service

ServisManager is field service management software for service and installation companies: from the first request through the job and the customer-signed service report to the invoice. The app is built for technicians in the field as well as owners and dispatchers who want the full picture on their phone.

FOR FIELD TECHNICIANS
• My Day — today's jobs in route order, one-tap navigation to the customer
• Service report with the customer's finger signature, checklist, measured values and PDF by email
• Before, during and after photos straight from the camera, with notes and annotations
• Voice notes on a job (with transcription if the company enables it)
• Van stock that is deducted automatically when the job is handed over
• Works without signal — downloaded jobs, route and customers stay on the phone, changes are sent once back online

NATIVE APP FEATURES
• Technician location during working hours through a service with a persistent notification (only if the company enables it and the technician allows it) — dispatching, daily route, attendance and mileage
• Notifications about new jobs and schedule changes even when the app is closed
• Jobs in the phone calendar (optional, local "ServisManager" calendar)
• Reports, invoices and attachments saved to the Downloads folder
• Links from emails open directly in the app

FOR OWNERS AND DISPATCHERS
• Calendar and dispatch map — assign a technician and a time slot with one tap
• Leads and quotes with options and electronic signature
• Customer 360° — history, equipment, contracts and invoices in one place
• Equipment with service intervals, QR labels and recurring inspections
• Invoice on signature, QR payments, reminders, export to accounting (SuperFaktura, KROS, POHODA, ISDOC)
• Insights: profit per job, monthly targets, technician performance

SECURITY AND SUPPORT
• Sign-in with two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Each company sees only its own data, all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS)
• Report a problem from inside the app — support also receives technical device details (only with your consent)
• Delete your account directly in the app (My account)

The app requires a ServisManager company account. Companies sign up at servismanager.sk; technicians and other users are invited by the company owner. Also available in the web browser and on Windows / Linux.
