Field Service for Technicians

Field Service for Technicians helps independent service professionals and small field-service businesses organize day-to-day work from an Android device.

Keep customer details, create and track jobs, prepare invoices, record job payments, schedule service visits, manage AMC work, and review business activity in one place.

Core capabilities include:

- Job scheduling, assignment, status tracking and completion
- Invoice workflow and job-payment records
- AMC contract and service-visit tracking

- Business summaries, reports and insights on eligible plans
- Password-encrypted portable backup and restore on eligible plans
- Private same-device automatic backup versions on eligible plans

Your business records are stored locally on your device. Release 1 does not provide cloud synchronization and does not upload the local business database to YN Tech Solutions. Portable backups are created when you request them, protected by the password you supply, and saved or shared only through the destination you choose.

Free, Pro and Premium plans are available. The Free plan supports the core workflow with creation limits. Pro provides unlimited customer and job creation with the operational invoice workflow. Premium adds Reports, Business Insights, and Backup & Restore. Current prices, billing periods, renewal terms and any eligible offers are displayed by Google Play before purchase.

Existing local business records remain readable and editable after a paid plan ends. Current plan limits and feature restrictions apply to new actions.

Field Service records business payment information entered by you; it is not a bank, payment processor, accounting service, or tax service. Google Play separately processes app-subscription purchases.
