Pros

The add-on works as intended for some users, helping them get GPU acceleration for videos with ease.
Doesn't require any kind of server running in the background.
Application can be configurable to user preferences.
Good alternative to other applications like openwith, mpv-youtube-dl-binding.

Cons

Some users experienced problems in playing videos or accessing audio.
There's an issue with a recurring 'one more step' dialog after closing an mpv session.
The right click context-menu sometimes has weird behaviour and crashes.
Some users had difficulty installing the add-on due to a lack of understanding of the installation script
