Stream to Android Player Firefox

Stream to Android Player

A browser extension to detect streaming videos (M3U8, MP4) and send them to your preferred media player on Android and Windows. Supports VLC, MPV, and other players with command-line arguments.

Features & Capabilities

Stream to Android Player automatically detects streaming videos (m3u8 and mp4) on the current webpage and lets you open them in your Android video player. When streams are found, a play icon appears in the bottom-right corner; tap it to view all detected streams and share your chosen one to apps like mpv or SVPlayer.

Changelog highlights: v1.2 fixes overheating, shows duration when available, and adds a Popup UI and Settings. v1.1 expands detection methods to cover more sites. Note: some sites may not be detected, especially DRM-protected ones; if so, please leave feedback.

Funcionando, desearia poder mover el boton amarillo que justo aparece sobre el texto de la pagina, seria mejor si apareciera momentaneamente sobre el video a ver

After recently switching away from samsungs browser, I began to really miss their integration of the in-built video player. This extension almost perfectly replicates that feature with the ability to open videos in a new tab on the web player. My only issue is that the webplayers fullscreen option forcibly stretches the video to fill my screen and cuts off chunks of the video at the top and bottom. I am using a S23Ultra which has has an aspect ratio of 19.3:9, which causes these issues when trying to watch videos in the standard 16:9 aspect ratio. If not for this issue, i would happily give this extension a 5Star rating
