STATE TRACKER
Record your current state with a single tap on the animated sky: from a sunny day to a storm and fog. The app will help you understand the meaning behind it, what supports you, and what can help. Add photos and notes, and on the "How I've Changed Inside" screen, see your weather for the week and month, notice patterns, and get recommendations from a psychologist.

TECHNIQUES
A library of exercises for every day and for difficult moments: breathing, working with thoughts, and body practices. You can pin the ones you need to your home screen or share them with loved ones.

TESTS
A large collection of self-knowledge and psychological tests. Take them and track your progress.

DIARIES AND SELF-OBSERVATION
Thought journal, gratitude journal, state tracker, topical screenings, and psychological tests. They help you notice patterns: what helps and what drains your energy.
