This application does NOT have the luxury to be inadequate. For several days the app has been uncooperative. Not initiating commands to lock and unlocking itself in detrimental moments. This needs to be fixed right now. My service connection services are extremely up to par. Normally I am diplomatic and understanding, but this isn't area where it is warranted. Safety is not situation to be made lite. fix it.
