Recent reviews

Firstly, a 4.7 is a laughable rating. There has not been a time my wife and I have tried using this app that it hasn't given us trouble. We get to the location on time or within the "window" by only a few minutes and it says we've missed our tour. Second the customer service or lack of is a joke. Try calling and it's just "busy".
