User Reviews
Pros
- Provides a simple, effective self-guided CBT tool to identify and challenge cognitive distortions.
- No ads, paywalls, or data mining making it fully accessible and free.
- Minimalist, clean, and easy-to-use interface that guides users through the CBT process.
- Helps users write out thoughts, detect distortions, and formulate more positive alternative thoughts.
- Useful for a variety of mental health issues like depression, anxiety, OCD, and more.
Cons
- Lacks dark mode, making use at night uncomfortable and discouraging for some users.
- No reminder or notification feature to prompt regular app usage or thought recording.
- Entry process could be smoother; currently, the entry screen resets ineffectively after saving, requiring reopening the app for new entries.
- Some users find the text entry area too small, requiring excessive scrolling during journaling.
- Limited list of cognitive distortions; some users wish for added distortions like fallacy of change, fairness, and selective abstraction.
Recent reviews
Actually kinda helpful. It doesn't fix things, but it gives you the space to write out your irrational thoughts and tackle them with reason. It's enough to help feel better.

It's do it yourself CBT therapy. Nothing flashy. No ads. No paywall. No data mining. Simplistic but it works. The negative reviews seem to be from people that don't know what CBT is.
