Pros
  • Blocks videos effectively
  • Very useful for testing websites
  • Nice functionality to block autoplay audio
Cons
  • Doesn't consistently block media on certain websites like Google and Instagram
  • Lacks a reliable way to know if specific blocks are active
  • Current whitelist-only approach is limiting, and a blacklist would be more flexible

No longer stops media from playing. It worked before, but not any more.

Quite nice. The people complaining likely didnt watch the short how-to video above. Thanks for creating. A few suggestions for improvement. 1. instead of whitelisting, add the ability to save settings for different websites (this would take care of whitelisting and allow dialing in your experience for diff sites (ie. turn off images for youtube, turn off everything but style for yahoo, etc) 2. some websites like linkedin wont even load if images is turned off - im not exactly sure why but debugging this would be great.
