YourProgram

YourProgram is the app for athletes who train under the guidance of a YourProgram coach. Your coach creates your program; you train, log, and receive feedback.

Your program, every day
Open the app and see immediately what is on the schedule for today: warm-up, the sections with sets, reps, and tempo, and the cooldown. Browse through the week and look back at what you did earlier.

Hassle-free logging
Enter your weight, time, reps, or rounds for each section, or simply type how it went. Everything is saved automatically, even without coverage in the gym. Your coach sees it instantly.

Videos and photos
Add a video of your last set or a photo of the whiteboard. Your coach watches along and provides feedback on your technique.

Direct contact with your coach
Chat with your coach and respond to feedback on a training day. Everything in one place, separate from your regular messages.

Your progress
Your personal records and measurements, your history per exercise, and your streak. This way, you can see what you are building. Join the YourProgram Showdown
Every week a shared workout with a leaderboard. Log your score Rx or Scaled, share it publicly or keep it private.
