theCoach

theCoach is the client app for people training with an online coach.
Your coach builds your program on theCoach; this app is where you run it.

You need an invitation from your coach to use this app. It is not a
standalone workout tracker.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Follow your plan
See the session your coach scheduled for today, with every exercise, its
setup notes and the targets you are working toward.

Log as you train
Record each set as you go. The app keeps your entries when you lose
connection and syncs once you are back online, so a basement gym does not
cost you a session.

Film your form
Record a clip on any set and your coach reviews it with your log next to it.
Clips are compressed on your phone before upload, so they cost far less data
than a raw recording. They are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Check in with your coach
Answer the check-in your coach set up, in writing or as a voice message, and
track weight and body measurements over time.

Keep a food diary
Log meals against the targets your coach set. Scan a barcode to find a product,
or search the ingredient database directly.

See your progress
Weight trends, training history and a comparison of the same session over
time, so you can see whether the last block actually moved anything.

PRIVACY

Data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, on infrastructure covered by GDPR.
You can export or delete your account and its data at any time from
Settings > Privacy, or by writing to office@thecoach.cloud.
